I'm doing much better! my hallucinations have stopped
What changes have you been doing?
I recieved a lower dosage of my medication. and I have been using coping strategies for when I did see the hallucinations like relaxation
That's is amazing! How are you currently feeling?
I am feeling so much happier and at peace thank you! I feel like I am back to where I was before the hallucinations
I am glad to hear that! I will continue to provide resources to help you manage your PD.
That is amazing! do you think you able to continue to ongoing decisions independently or would you like some support.
I think I am capable of making decisions by myself by having someone for support would be nice.
Okay! I'll make sure to have your social worker come more frequently and for you to have more regular visits with the neurologist
that's good
