        Yes and its starting to worry me

        I haven't been sleeping through the night. I constantly feel restless and tired during the day when I don't get sleep.
        
        Is there anything I can do to help?

        I'm sure your sleep schedule just got messed up. You should be ok the next few nights.
        
        How many times have you been up in the night?
        
        Its never ending! I just stare at the ceiling for hours and can't stop fidgeting. My husband swears its from all the coffee I drink.
