Identify need and desired outcomes - who is the audience? What is the purpose?
ACE funded projects almost without exception must include a community outreach element in their funding proposals.
ie Podcast (vlog in particular) helpful to target those audiences who do not readily access arts and so on. Youthful vlog/podast to engage relevant youth audience (in the making of, and as audience).
Values and ethics
Avoiding projects likely to want propaganda/branding productions
Identify minimum funding of projects that will be able to budget for a podcast from RL.
Identify any potential issues working for EU funded projects.
Lay out exactly what value RL can give in contrast to smaller podcast producers.
Design a pitch. ‘Partnership’ wing of RL separate from other productions.
Stress advantage of content (vlog/podcast) for org’s digital strategies.
