Prepare the yeast
collect 2 1/2 galons of water in a kettle.
start boiling the water.
Add a bag with specialty rains in the water.
Remove the bag after 20 minutes or when the water reaches 170 degrees Fahrenheit.
When you remove the bag also remove the heat and add the malt extract slowly.
Stir the mixture until is fully dissolveld.
Turn the heat on.
when it starts to boil wait for 60 minutes.
