How can I take pictures with motion and edit them properly?

I need to research this so I can get my pictures to become the best they can possibly be. To add on, I need to research this in order for me to edit my photos and make sure I can have the best photos in the yearbook which have been edited by me and taken by me. Also, I think it would be good to research about this topic so in the future I can make sure I take the best motion pictures possible so the yearbook can have the best motion pictures included.

How can the exposure effect the way a picture can turn out ?

I researched by finding a youtube video on how to make exposure technically and creative
I need to research and find out how to use exposure when editing photos for the yearbook to become the best it can be. To add on, this is going to be useful for me because when I watch these videos I can improve my skills on editing pictures in the future. Also, I can practice in the future so I can make sure the exposure is high quality in the yearbook and everybody can remember the photos from 2022 in it.

I researched by finding a youtube video on how to make a picture higher quality
In order for me to understand how to do this, I watched the video and looked at the best bits and used them in Adobe lightroom. Additionally, I then practised multiple times on the same image to see how I could get better at making pictures higher quality and get them to look more advanced.
In order to make this happen, I need to not just watch 1 video, but I need to watch other videos on youtube so I can in the future make sure no bad quality pictures I have edited can ever be in the yearbook.
How can I make the contrast better?
I need to research this so I can become better when it comes to taking high quality photos for the yearbook. To add on, I should research this so I can be prepared for special occasions coming in the future since the weather will look worse possibly and the contrast of the photos can turn out different if I take photos outside. Also, I need to research this so I can make sure the photos takes outside of school are as nice as they are taken inside the school.

I researched on many videos on youtube, however the video which helped me the most on how to crop photos in the best possible way
I need to research and watch this video because It can be very helpful for me in the future. Next, I should be watching these videos because they are helpful since every photographer has never mastered a skill and can always get better in anything. Lastly, I will explore more on how to crop photos and use the rule of thirds since they are a major part when it comes to taking photos for the yearbook and more.
