Using the ribbon in Excel
Going to Page Layout and deselecting view in gridlines, would make the gridlines disappear
You can collapse the ribbon to increase the space of your grid
Page Setup can change the page, margins, head/footer, and sheet of the Excel

Basics
Each cell has an address
The intersection of a column and a row is a cell
A sheet contains many cells
On the grid, you can select multiple rows or columns

General Select: Selecting a cell, if you drag you select a rage
Move icon: drag a content of that cell somewhere else
Fill Handle: you fill the content of the cells below the cell above
How to enter and format data
Press Ctrl+ Enter to stay on the same cell when you want to enter
Ctrl+ R fills to the right when cells are highlighted
If you want to sum up values, you need to go to home and select sum, and fill the rest in or Select all and press alt + equals
F2 Edit Mode: going to take you to the end of the text that you have
You can merge cells by selecting Merge & Center at home
Go to home, select the cell(s) you want to add design like color, bold, italic, and font
