The major issue in out digital communities is that there is lack of communication and collaboration. People can't reach out the experts from different fields like an artist etc.

I will make a website and I will be asking some of the experts to login to my website so that people can reach out the experts by chatting with them.

Effective collaboration can be used for creating my website by communicating or sending an invitation to some of the experts.

The major issue in boarding is lack of communication. People can't reach out to the higher officials.
