Identify passive voice:

If the person or thing responsible for doing the actions is either omitted or occurs in the sentence AFTER the thing that happened.
AND if you see a past participle straight after the form of "to be", it's passive voice.
The passive voice is when the subject of a sentence receives the action of the verb rather than performing the action.
The difference between active and passive voice is that in active voice, the subject of sentence performs the action and in passive voice, the subject receives the action.
