Procedural recount : Aim, record of events, result

Narrative tells stories using time sequences and use connectives
Ex: Once upon a time, after a while, first, then.
Use past tense

Use dialog or verb (Verbal process)
Ex: Saying, Said, asked, replied.
Use verb that related to the character feeling
Ex: lked, fear
Use descriptive language
Ex: When it was ripe, ... they found a beautiful baby in it.

Tells the reader about when, where, who or why
Gives clues about the problems that will be faced by the characters in the story
Introducing and telling the characters to the reader

Tells problem and something that happened who was not expected

Slow down the action to keep the reader curious
Resolution
Describe the resolution of the problems that arise in the story
Coda
Ends the story with a little comment on the next character's life
