I could sense some tension among the group in terms of coming to a conclusion on what we were doing. Not sure if I say names, but some people wanted to be get a lot of miles and high peaks in and some others wanted to have a more casual approach to it instead of cramming a lot into a short amount of time. Our second day we left camp around 11-11:30 so our plan to possibly hit Mt. Colden was looking out of reach since we only have 5 hours of sunlight left, but some people still wanted to try or to hit a small mountain. We should've left earlier and maybe not done the early morning hike resulting in being able to leave camp earlier, but that's also one opinion. We had like 10 people with us so it is difficult to come to a consensus that everyone likes. We did talk about this, how a consensus is something everyone is okay with. Its hard to put myself in that leadership position since, I'm still a student, I'm still learning how to handle groups and all that stuff. It was something to have a think about in reflecting on it.
