Samuel:Yes, somedays I think that I should take a break from my device and have fun with my family and friends.
Kamel: I use my phone for most of my free time everyday and I sometimes forget what is happening around me and I never tried to put my phone down and do stuff with my family.

I use my phone a-lot but i know how to take breaks when i have to and it has never been a problem for me
Abbas: I used to use a lot of devices like phones and computers but I have tried to limit my use of them as much as possible.

My experience with technology is similar to Shayne because I also use my phone a lot, but it's also different because I don't use my phone to the point where I don't listen to what people talk to me.
I've never tried an experience similar to Shayne's But I'm pretty sure that I can not use my phone during a lot period of time.

Saywah: No they're not. I always know when to stop using my technology. For example when I'm about to sleep. I did. During Christmas, I tried my best to go without my phone during the day.
:explode: Imran : They are similar because sometimes I use my phone alot but they differ because I take breaks most times. I have taken the challenge because sometimes I stop my phone and go outside

My experience with shayne are different. I don't use my phone often. When am not using my phone am with my friends, family or playing games on the tv.
