What can Eureka offer?

If company donates robots they can have their teams build it, program it and compete.
Robot can be donated to a team that will participate in next year's competition
At the end of the team-building event robots are disassembled and put back into boxes for donation to local teams
Lego is a national past time in PR so it'll be good to stick to Lego
Companies can donate Lego robots
Eureka can provide robots as well
Competitions for children are centered around Lego robots

Team building will be held locally in Puerto Rico especially because there are already at least 10 large companies there
Team building can also be held outside of PR, it just adds travel cost to Eureka.
Eureka could use alumni in Florida. Cannot tap into local alumni yet.

Liberty wanted to bring different divisions of Liberty to come together. They would have come together for a Lego program/competition (except hurricane Mariah)
Robot building was coupled with an existing company event or meeting for Medtronic
Program can be scaled from simpler to complex
Average time/preferred time: about 2 hours
Size of teams for team building: 1 robot - 5 to 6 ideally
Eureka can host as many teams simultaneously as the space allows
Cost of robot is about $500, Eureka has 12 robots
