In order for the teacher to act in accordance with the student, it is first to analyze and examine the student's movements closely.
for example, a teacher can act according to the behavior of the students by analyzing the students in the classroom.
The stated objectives are statements describing what the learner will do as a result of instruction. In other words, objectives are the learning outcomes, that is that is, what the student will learn in the lesson is targeted.
Once teachers know their audience and have a clear idea of what they should get out of the lesson, then it is time to select the appropriate method for the given learning task, select available materials, modify existing materials.
The Utilize Methods, Media, and Materials step are where teachers develop their plan for implementing the media and materials. For each type of media or material, the teacher selects and describes in how to implement the media (or material) into their lesson.
Students learn best when they are actively involved in the learning experience. That's why teachers should seek to pay close attention to their learners and feel confident that they are truly grasping the content and not just listening.
The last step of the Assure method is Evaluate Student Performance. A teacher must evaluate the instruction process from start to finish using the objectives that are created in the beginning.
