Ben, 35 old, gardener
Ben has a small agency of garden services. He promotes his business in Facebook where he finds the ad of the Chika app. Ben downloads the app.
He opens the app, signs app through his google account. He chooses both the customer and the supplier modes. He fills his personal details and signs the w-9 form. He uploads his driving ID to pass the verifications process required by the app. He sets up his account by defining his services scope: Sprinkling, Lawn size, Mulching, Tree & Flower, Driveway Size; distance: up to 5 km; his availability: Mon- Fri mornings; sets the price for his services: 50$.
During the onboarding process the receives the offer to upgrade for a pro account. He sees the suggested list of clients and messages to 3 of them. He gets the order: Sprinkling, 3 km distance, Mon from 9 to 11.30 a.m. He gets 2 more orders for Lams size and Mulching services for his workers. After he is done with the job, he gets the payment and the client's review.
Ben wants to book a Snow removal service. He opens the app bot chat and asks for a new order. The app shows him the suggested suppliers. He chooses John as he is a college student.
