COMFORT ZONE

- LOUSY (HIGH TENSION AND LOW ENERGY) Physical fatigue combined with anxiety. It is a mood where you have a lot of negative thoughts.
You shouldn't expose yourself to take important decisions during this state of mind because you don't have too much clarity.

A depressed mood is characterized by low energy and high tension.
It is accompanied by moments of hopelessness.
An optimal mood is characterized by high energy and low tension.
It is accompanied by moments of enthusiasm, confidence and great hope that we can do many things.
- REACTIVE (HIGH TENSION WITH HIGH ENERGY)
It is experienced the feeling of urgency.
You experienced adrenaline. The reactive mood is vital for survival in this state of mind.
IT IS IMPORTANT THAT YOU DON'T STATE TOO MUCH TIME ON THIS STATE OF MIND BECAUSE IT CAN AFFECT YOU IN ALL ASPECTS.

- PASSIVE (LOW TENSION AND LOW ENERGY) You have a low mood, and feel tiredness and exhaustion.
A recommendation is to take a break and do not take important decisions or solve any problem because you can make it worse at being in this state of mind.

- OPTIMAL (LOW TENSION AND HIGH ENERGY)
Well-being, confidence and great optimism.
It is the IDEAL state.
It is recommended to make important decisions, solve problems in any aspect.
The comfort zone is created when you are in a state of security.
In this state, we feel secure and protected.
However, when we extended our state of confidence we can fall into passive, lousy and reactive state. This states of mind hurt us and takes us away from reality.

COMFORT ZONE: Is the area where you are a master. It is what you know and feel safe with.
They are your habits, knowledge, attitudes and behavior.
LEARNING ZONE: it is the zone where you go out to expand your vision of the world. For example, make a new friend or read a new book.
PANIC OR NON-EXPERIENCED ZONE: It is the zone where you need to go out of your comfort zone and learn new things. Make new challenges.
When we go out to the inexperienced zone, we expand our comfort and learning zone.
