Green is associated with health. it can be used to confirm choices and guide the elderly on what to pick

Drop down menus allow users to select a piece of information they want to from a list in a header they picked from.
Search bar
Search bars allow for people to navigate the website and look for specific things like diets and workout routines
Fonts
A simple and large font will be needed as elderly often have problems with vision so to make the sight as accessible as possible it will need a large but readable font
The font will be black so it will contrast with most of the page colours. This makes it easier for the old people to read
Images
The images that will be use will be photographs of the elderly exercising to motivate the target audience into believing they can do it too.
