Introduces the website and what contents it is going to include so that people know what they are accessing. Will provide examples of what is to come on the other pages.
Contact Page
Allows for users to contact Lifestyle Choices wih phone number and email for more information on healthy diets and exercise to further help them.
Exercise
Will go into detail about exercises and different exercises that users can utilise in order to become healthier. Will include videos and images to show examples of different exercises. Text will explain the different exercises and how to do them.
Multimedia
Images showing execising people and healthy meals so that they have examples and still images to reference.
Text to explain different exercises and examples of how they can be done. Will also explain the important of exercise in the older ages. Text will also explain different recipes for a healthy diet, and explain the important of this.
Videos showing examples of exercies that older people can do so that they know how to do them and can see similar people to them doing the same thing they are aspiring to do.

There will be dropdowns at the top of the screen that allow the user to access the different webpages that the website contains. Allows for the different pages to all be accessed by just utilising one bar at the top of the screen, making it easier for users to find and caters for older people who may struggle with technology.
Buttons
There will be buttons on the website that will be connected to hyperlinks that take users to different places on the website.This allows for users to quickly access different pages and easily bounce between the information that they require.
Fonts
Professional - adds validity to the website and makes people trust what it is saying so they are more likely to go ahead with changing their lifestyle into a healthier one.
Accessible - easy to read for a wide range of people, need to be simpler so that older people will not get confused when they are accessing the website.
