Problem alignment:
The grocery shop in the current market is not hygiene enough. People who live in rural area is hard to get groceries. The market in their area also cannot fulfill their needs.
Value Proposition:
To allow customer to purchase groceries safely and convenience. Another value proposition is to make grocery truck become more convenience and having a cleaning system to maintain the hygiene of the truck.
Assumption:
1.Customers can easily get groceries anywhere.
2.People willing to buy the groceries if the things are clean enough.
Out of Scope:
Becoming most prefer grocery truck for people to buy things easily and clean.Slowly becoming Malaysian leading grocery truck.
Minimum Viable Product:
A truck that can provide groceries, for example deliver groceries and selling clean groceries to people. Groceries truck worth to purchase.
