I learned how to find information about school-based apps and programs by consulting with Clarke Central High School's digital media specialist:
The most frequently used, school-based apps and programs include: Infinite Campus, Google Classroom, Google Suite, Pear Deck, Zoom, LanguageLine (e.g. parent-teacher conferences, IEP meetings), YouTube, Instagram (e.g. for electives, media center, student publications such as the Iliad and Odyssey), and GoGuardian.
I discovered the following available programs that go unused: 7 Mindsets, Avancemos!, Bien dit!, Branching Minds, Britannica, Carnegie Learning, CTAERN, The DBQ Project, Destiny, Edgenuity, Ellevation, Equation, eReadiness, EVERFI, FPC Online Guided Reading, GA Futures, GALILEO, Gizmos, GKIDS 2.0, Great Minds, Illuminate, Language, Learning A-Z, Lennections, Lexia, Mango, MAP Growth, Nearpod, NSTA Portal, Off2Class, PebbleGo, Progress Learning, Read&Write, SMART Learning Suite, Studies Weekly, thisislanguage.com, and Xello.
