Basic Necessities, food, water and shelter. This is at the bottom of the chain.
Esteem
Self-worth, you believe in yourself and are happy within yourself.
Self-Actualisation
Top of the chain. Reaching to your full potential, going above and beyond to the end.
4 leadership styles
Domeocratic: A Democratic leader, asks thoughts and ideas from their team. But you come out with the end idea.

Autocratic: You ask for no import from your team, you make all the decision by yourself. This is mainly for emergency is something needs a quick decisions make and to be solved.

Liassez-Faire:When you leave someone to do the job for you. Someone you trust that will do the job as well as you would.

Bureaucratic: Is when the manager follows strict rule by the book. For example, they become more of the police office than your manager as they are following that strictly.

Leadership
Democratic. I was a democratic leader, when setting up an event i was observed. We had a sit down three course meal, which we had never done before so we had to experiment the tables and see how they would look. The couple had arrived earlier to set out decorations for the tables. I allowed them to show their ideas of how they wanted the tables to look. As well as my team, i asked for their ideas. After everyone had contributed their ideas i can to a final decision.
Autocratic: I was an autocratic leader when the fire alarm went off during an event. I had to take charge and make sure that my team were follow strict instructions from me.
Liassez-faire: I was a liassez-faire leader, when I was setting up an event and left my team to get on with it. I knew they would do a good job, because they were briefed beforehand, so knew what was expected of them, and we have done many were I have observed them to make sure they were doing things correctly.

Theory Y:
If you believe that your people take pride in their work and see it as a challenge, then you'll more likely adopt a participative management style. Managers who use this approach trust their people to take ownership of their work and do it effectively by themselves. McGregor called this Theory Y.
Theory X
If you believe that your team members dislike their work and have little motivation, then, according to McGregor, you'll likely use an authoritarian style of management. This approach is very "hands-on" and usually involves micromanaging people's work to ensure that it gets done properly. McGregor called this Theory X.
Two factor theory:
Frederick Herzberg
Herzberg two factor theory outlines that humans are motivated by two things, Motivators and hygiene factors. Both of these factors are both critical to motivation, motivation encourages job satisfaction and hygiene factors prevents job dissatisfaction.
