The Beginning, After all the information I just threw at you it’s a lot so…

- - - - When I think about genre I think about different movies and their catergories and where they place like horror, or crime, or drama. But when you think writing you have to think about Multimedia. You never know you write about on social media and that is a different aspect I used other than writing or typing an essay. Twitter is a different genre that many people around the world uses to express their feelings, or comment on something, or agree with their friends. This is a main source because you can write freely and it isn’t going to get taken down like instagram or Snapchat, where you are going to feel like your words aren’t being heard or listened to.
- - - - You never knew how your peers could have such a big impact in your writing until you do a peer review. Throughout the course after almost every assignment we had a peer review so we can see each other’s opinions and how it could help us in the long run. When I did my first peer review I was very nervous because I didn’t want to say the wrong thing to offend anyone. But that is the whole purpose of a peer review to speak your mind not to offend them but help them, and with that being said I think this improved my writing skills tremendously.
- - - - Speaking on credit you have to give credit where it is needed or you can get into serious trouble because they worked hard on the things they published. That’s just like saying you spend days and Months or even years trying to publish a piece and someone stole your whole idea, that is very frustrating and you would want to do something about it thinking about all the time you put into your work.
- - - - I have had a great time in this class learning a lot of things that I can take to the future with me. Like the main thing is taking constructive criticism and feedback because that is a breaking point that you can have and that’s not good when all you had to do was sit and listen. You can also notice when you look back at your writing pieces and now you can see a major difference, it can just be grammar usage, sentence structure, its just something that changed and that is good and the goal you are trying to accomplish is making change.
