Importance
Teachers try to give students choice, responsibility, and opportunity to interact while writing.
Once integrated into the ESL writing classroom, SNSs play a significant role in improving students' writing skills.
SNSs like Facebook can be chosen as the platform to teach ESL writing. Social Networking Services can contribute to strengthen relationships among teachers as well as between teachers and students.

Methodology
Research Instrument.The instruments were three open-ended questions, and the questions were about advantages and disadvantages of using SNS in teaching ESL writing and ways to plan activities by integrating SNS into the classroom.
Data collection Procedure.Three open-ended questions are uploaded to the online discussion board and asked to interact with each other during the discussion period.
Research Design.A discussion using an Online Discussion Board was conducted among fifteen third-year TESL students at a public university in Malaysia. Participants could access the topic anytime and anywhere with an internet connection. .
