Practise racing and check your speed. Run again and compare your old speed with your new one, try to make a new highscore! Try racing your relatives and do different types such as 50m, 100m, 1km, 3km, hurdles race,long jump,medicine ball, thre legged race, lemon and spoon race, ice-skating and skating. Go find a competiton and compete! Though remember your age and stability, don't over exert or hurt yourself.
