Work arounds were invented?

o How do we push back to get to standard
o Perhaps it is the relaunch
• Ensure that SF and SAP are aligned
o Finding gaps between the systems
• Quality Measures are….
o Material consumed the same day
o Returns done the correct way
• Managers need to ensure that staff are doing their jobs well
o May require retraining
o May require holding a few people accountable
