        Patients ages 19 and under who meet any of the following criteria may be eligible for a vaccine under the Vaccines for Children Program and should seek vacciantion with their primary care provider. Norton Healthcare Express Services is not an approved site to administer vaccines for these patients:
        
        Medicaid eligible or enrolled
        
        No health insurance
        
        Health insurance that does not cover vaccines, covers only select vaccines or caps vaccine coverage at a certain amount
        
        Quality for a free flu vaccine under federally funded programming/ insurance
        
        Enrolled in Children's Health Insurance Program (CHIP)
        
        Hepatitis A and B
        
        Pneumonia (Prevnar 20)
        
        Shingles
        
        Tetanus, diphtheria, pertussis (Tdap/Td)
