Rating scale is the subjective measurement which is scale taken. It give the hard data. It can be easy to give the picture of people or program. Bergmen and Siegel (in Arikunto, 2014) state there are something that influence the lies of the respon from responden, such as, friendship, approximate speed, quick decision, first impression answer, Appearance of instrument, prejudice, hallo effect, average take errors, and generosity.
