The Four Pillars of Wealth
Motivation:
Centered in the nucleus accumbens.
The nucleus accumbent realeases dopamine, essential for mental health.
Too much pleasure or dopamine can lead to risky behavior that undermines brains ability.
This process causes conscious decision making.
Decision making
The dopamine travels to the frontal lobe giving you the ability to plan out strategics to help reach goals.
This part of the brain gives the ability to consciously decide what to do and how to do it.
The frontal lobe helps to analyze any problem or obstacle.
The frontal and right lobe communicate each other through words, arguments, and intense subconscious dialogues.
Creativity
Menta fatigue affects directly to concentration.
Take a 30 second break once or twice an hour to do sometihing pleasurable and relaxing.
This give more creative state of conscious.
Awareness
Mindfulness- A form of brief meditation that strengthens the areas in the brain involved with confidence, optimism, emotional regulation, happiness, self-love and compassion for others.
Use the mindfulness to turn a tedious activity into a pleasurable experience.
The more mindfulness you practice, the more begin to realize that your are not your thoughts.

Relax
The brain could loss concentration quickly, and any form of stress will disrupt the normal functioning of the brain.
Visualize your goal, obstacles, and solution
Will improve the academic performance, give more energy, help with managing difficult emotions, problem solving, and positive changes in behavior.
Concentrate on your task
Anxienty and procrastination undermine the ability to stay focused on work.
Inactivated brain will interfere on performance and productivity.
Daydream
Encourage you to deliberately daydream for very brief periods whenever you feel stressed or are struggling with a difficult problem or emotional issue.
Mind-wandering facilitates introspection.
Intuit
Nonverbal levels of awareness with other elements. The only way to access this level of conscious is to interrupt the normal way you think and feel.
Anchor yourself
The mindfulness clock is your anchor a reminder to regularly pause, relax and refocus on the main goal.
Enjoy
Withpu enjoyment, life losses most of its purpose and meaning.
Take time for enjoyable activities.
Maintain unwavering optimism
More motivation. Do not react, just observe. Most of the problems that you imagine, aren't real. Be more optimistic.
