Harrison
Harrison was born February 9, 1773, and died April 4, 1841. He was born in Berkeley Plantation, Virginia and died in Washington D.C.
Harrison was the 9th president part of the Whig party, and served 31 days, the shortest presidency in U.S. history.
Harrison led troops that defeated an attacking American Indian force at the Battle of Tippecanoe in 1811. After two years, he then lead American forces to another victory at the Battle of the Thames.

Garfield
James A. Garfield was the 20th president in the U.S. who served from March 4, 1881, until he was assassinated and killed. He was born in Moreland Hills, Ohio on November 19, 1831.
His presidential term lasted from March 4, 1881 – September 19, 1881. He was president for the republican party.
Garfield advocated for agricultural technology, an educated registered voter, and civil rights for African Americans. He also proposed solid civil service reforms, which got passed by Congress in 1883.
He lost his father at two years old, but earned enough money for an education. When he was elected to congress, Lincoln persuaded him to resign his commission.
