The difference is teleological says there must be a reason for all that we see substance explains substance.
Deontological says God character is the core or morality.
teleological says that morality is based on conseques while Deontological says there is an moral absolutes based in a divine order.
Teleological -There must be a reason for all this so it could be associated with a higher power. The morality action is dependent on it's consquence. That is based on the situation around the action
What differences exist between the teleological and deontological theories, and how might this impact your understanding of ethics?
Deontological - There is a God outside of our time and space that is the anchor of all morality. This God human diety is he is the moral code of univeral morality. Right wrong is based on moral absolutes and not up to us to determine.
