:check:Selects Methods, Media and Materials:check:: After the second step, teachers should decide on the methods, media and materials to be utilized. When it comes to picking methods, teachers should benefit from both learner-centric and teacher-centric methods jointly and harmoniously (Heinich et al., 2002). Also different types of media such as whiteboards, slides, audio, video and computer multimedia should be utilized depending on the needs of the learners (Nurdi, 2017). For picking materials, teachers can firstly prefer to use materials that are already available (Heinich et al., 2002). However, If those sources are not sufficient enough, teachers must modify the existing materials to respond to the needs of the learners (Heinich et al., 2002). If modifying the existing materials is not enough for sufficient learning as well, instructors must prepare the materials themselves (Heinich et al., 2002).
