STATE OBJECTIVES :check:
Nurdi (2017) states that statements of stated objectives describe what the learner will perform as a result of training. In other words, objectives are the learning outcomes, or what the learner will learn as a result of the session. To design appropriate objectives, they must be framed in terms of desired behavior. What the student will be able to do after finishing the course. The objectives you use should be as specific as possible so that the learner understands what they need to do. When objectives are stated clearly and specifically, both learning and teaching become more objective oriented.

ANALYZE LEARNER :check:
According to Kurt (2015), the first phase in the procedure is for the instructor to assess the characteristics of her students. A emphasis should be placed on student characteristics that are linked to the targeted learning outcomes. The information acquired will aid you in making judgments about the next phases in the process. The nature of the learners will help you in selecting certain tactics and materials to aid the learning process.

The teacher determines the general characteristics of students by identifying their age, background, religion, and gender.

SELECT MEDIA, MATERIALS AND METHODS :check:
The instructor will select what resources are required for the lesson here; the textbook covers this phase in three steps: 1) Select an instructional technique. 2) Select the right media format for the approach. 3) Choose, modify, update, or design instructional materials. Teachers may also check the availability of materials in their building or district during this step.

The ASSURE model is a teaching system or a set of guidelines that instructors may use to create lesson plans that incorporate the use of technology and media.

The ASSURE model is an enhanced development of the generic model ADDIE. Although the ASSURE model contains six steps that do not exactly correlate to ADDIE's five, it does show design phases and has two key elements with it: the initial focus on analysis and the cyclic structure.
