How do you determine what is in the company's best interest while being culturally sensitive to the employees?
The best way that I am able to determine what is the company's best interest while also being culturally sensitive to the employees is to get myself familiar with the customs of what is considered frowned upon or accepted. In addition to that, I can ask questions regarding future projects and goals.
1) by being aware of the different customs of the bad and good, the other employees will have an appreciation and respect for me.
2) having a continuous interest regarding what is to there to occur is one way to figure out what the corporation truly wants.
How do you treat the employees ethically in a culturally sensitive way (i.e. avoiding stereotypes) and still meet the company's expectations?
I would be able to treat the employees ethically in a culturally sensitive way while meeting the business's expectations through a two fold way.
The first way can be by watching what I would normally say or act, since it can be perceived as offensive and or negative.
