- Organised - equipment, boxes, welcome boxes.
- Screens on (welcome/campaign/DDC logo).
- Focused only facilitating and learning.
- Self presentation - DDC uniforms (day 1-3).
- Comfortable environment - thermostat and lighting.
Day 1:
- Completing 'room standards list'.
- SME's to organise rooms/kit.
- Trainers to meet n greet from 30 mins before star time.
- Training rooms to be open from 9am/10am (campaign dependant).
- DDC values & company induction.
- Right to works??
- Expectations via trainer/TL.
- Log ins competed.
- Tour - fire safety and H&S.
- QA framework (final week)
