Family
Frank was born on February 19, 1931. He lives with his father, mother and six siblings in Berlin Germany.
His family was able to stick together during the Holocaust and survived. His aunt and uncle stayed back in Germany and passed away. His father had two aunts who emigrated from Germany to Chile and survived as well.

Frank and his family emigrated to the Philippines in 1939. They lived there for 8 years before being able to obtain a visa to the U.S.
