He has to be a funny person as well that wherever he goes, there will be laughters around him. (layback)
Being solid is an important character that I take seriously. Having this means that he is worthy of trust and can be depend on.
He is stable in his personality that he can reach his goal steadily and commit to his promises. This also means emotionally he is calm and not dramatic.
