Human systems. Unit 1
Reflection
Overall the unit to me was both interesting and sad at the same time. For where I learned about immigration, which I have been told is one of the most important factors about Canada and about the people and their stories on why they traveled here, and I did find it interesting and inspiring to watch and listen too. But when I learn about the indigenous people of Canada and what they went threw it just makes me sad. No doubt important to learn and remember but still learning about that just made me feel sad. More over, learning about what people from China went as well only adds to it, overall is was a fun and important topic to remember but still makes me feel sad.
Take away
What really caught my attention the most about this topic was how the immigration program worked, and how it applied to other people who were arriving in Canada. there were many facts that I didn't know about. The main reason this interest me personal is because i've always heard about how Canadas immigration system can be very reliable to people who seek help and is highly important to Canada, not just by symbol but economicas well, because I have also learned that the country's needs more immigrants because of the skills they have, that can be vital to the countries wealth. Overall immigration caught my interest the most in this unit.
Application
Will the increase of immigrants help Canadas economy.
It will defiantly help with the population of the country and would help with the gaps in labour but it would also help with taxes, spending money on good like housing and transportation, and that would be income tax paid by working canadians for health care.

Physical systems. Unit 2

Take away
The most interesting topic to me about this unit were the land masses. The different regions of Canada and what they were called, I was more interested because my mom was born in Canada and she always tells me about different areas and what was special about them, when we started to learn about land masses I wanted to learn about them and tell my mom about them so maybe I can tell her something she didn't know about the regions of Canada.
Reflection
I learned a lot of interesting facts on Canadas physical systems, that I didn't know before. I understood most things that were shown on the unit, but there were parts such as how the plates worked that I found a little difficult to remember, including some of the names of different regions of Canada and what they were called and the details about them, but overall I understood most of the unit.
How was the Canadian shield formed?
The Canadian shield was formed 3 billion years ago, threw plate tectonics , erosion and glaciation and with the plates cullied with each other to form land masses. These land masses would today be divided up into provinces. The region itself would be a mountains and forestry region and takes up much of the country
