Conciliatory argument A: Discrimination, dialogue.
There is no rhyme or reason for there to be discrimination in the workplace. However, some people, whether they voice it or not, do believe that men are better workers than women. They believe that men are more educated, less emotional, and better at making decisions. Majority of people, hopefully, believe that discrimination in the workplace is unhealthy, and can lead to low motivation and work ethic.
