Exercise considerations
- Talk to health care provider or neurologist before starting program
- Sit less, move more! Walk to mailbox, dance in kitchen
- Break exercises in to simple and easy to follow steps
- Multiple mini workout sessions throughout day
- Exercise in morning→ lowest severity of symptoms

Aerobic

- Gradually build to 30 - 60mins/day
- Rhythmic continuous activity
Cycling, walking, running, arm ergo
Strength
- 2 or more days/ week. Rest day in between
- Light effort, build to Medium or hard
