Stage 2.0 = Bilateral disease, without impairment of balance
Stage 2.5 = Mild bilateral disease, w/ recovery on pull test
Stage 3.0 = Mild-to-moderate bilateral disease, some postural instability
Stage 4.0 = Severe disability, still able to walk or stand unassisted
Stage 5.0 = Wheelchair bound or bedridden, unless aided

PA guidelines
Aerobic
-
- 20-60mins; Gradual increase
- Moderate intensity, 13/20 RPE
Ergo (arm, leg or combined, walking, hydrotherapy)
Resistance
-
- 1-3 sets of 8-12 reps each

- Compound muscles: machines, free weights, TB
Recommendations
- Progression is based on tolerability of person
- Rest 2-4mins between sets
- Aerobic and resistance can be performed on same day
