- Take loses as lessons and learn and improve from them

- Make a job list of things to do so you’re not just sitting down doing nothing as this damaging to your mental health although having to do chores is a pain it distracts your mind and creates a meaning.
- Have a set relax time having a set relax time knowing you've done a-lot in the day now you can relax can really improve your mental state.
- Be kind to others give to others this will make you feel better about yourself which will improve your mental state.
- Connect with others.
- Look after your physical health.
