FIND A BALANCE
Don't be a stranger! It's important that you allow your social life to be a part of your life. There's no harm in visiting some loved ones or going out with some friends every once in a while.
Also be sure that you are taking time out of your days to spend time with yourself! You are just as important as the people and things around you!
Take care of you!
Be sure that you are also taking your physical health into account as well! To the best of your ability, be sure that you are:
getting at least 8 hours of sleep on average
having at least 3 solid meals a day (with snacks in between)
drinking sufficient amounts of water each day
DON'T BE AFRAID TO ASK FOR HELP!
