- - - - I have been having many falls recently and this is really concerning me.
        
        Can you tell me a bit about your falls? when do they usually happen?
        
        They usually happen when I wake up in the morning or when i get up from a sitting or lying down position
        
        Do you experience any other symptoms such as llightheadedness? and how long have they been going on?
        
        I have been experiencing lightheadedness, occasional loss of conciousness and blurry vision for about 8 months now, I will be monitoring your BP to confirm
        
        your symptoms and BP it seems that you have orthostatic hypotension. Can i go over some goals with you to help with your symptoms and overall health?
