After-all, if God is all powerful, all loving, has middle knowledge, and desires that none should perish, then one would expect none to perish. But WLC says a mistake is made in thinking that all people would accept Christ under certain conditions. Instead, he states that some people no matter how active God is at work in a person's heart, no matter the environment, no matter how faithfully they heard the Good News, there would still be some who reject God. (OWG 83-84)

Still another objector could ask why does God not just avoid making those who would not believe, he could instead create a world with other people who would believe.
WLC responds by saying "there is no possible world in which all persons would freely receive Christ." But on what factual knowledge does he base that claim off of? He goes on to further state that "it is possible that God is not, after all, able to create a world in which all persons freely receive Christ." I know of no Scriptural reason (OWG 84)

Additionally, why not just create a smaller world comprised of only those who would accept Christ?
