Team Work
Goose lesson take-aways
- People who have a common goal and sense of belonging reach their goals faster and easier as they can provide each other with help and support each other
- Leaving the formation and working alone will cause us to stop feeling the team support. However, when one falls out of the team formation they should do all they can to get back
- Taking on hard tasks and rotating the difficult tasks and sharing the lead helps the team members get a break once in while and shows how well the team members understand each other.
- We need to encourage each other to achieve and keep going
- Team members should stand by each other and support weaker members and help them get through the difficult times so, they can get back on their feet
