- - - - Create and edit items
        
        The convener will be able to create items on the menu that will be able to be purchased by students. In addition they will be able to edit items that are currently on the menu.
      - See all orders
        
        For the system to properly function, the convener must be able to see all of the student's orders. This is if any students have added exorbitant amounts of items or similar situations of them attempting to rort the system.
    - - Appoint Convener
        
        For the system to function at full efficiency, the admin must appoint a convener to deal with the day to day business of the website and tuckshop.
      - Manage user data
        
        To be able to identify student engaging in rorts, the admin must be able to manage student data, such as changing orders, and viewing previous orders.
    - - Add item to cart
        
        A student will be allowed to view the entirety of the menu, and they will be able to add specific items to their cart. These would only be in-house produced items such as sausage rolls, rather than imported goods such as potato chips etc. The students can get these when they come to the tuckshop.
      - Review Order
        
        Once the student has completed their order they can go to their cart and review their order. They will be able to change the amount of items, and see the price for the whole order.
      - Place order
        
        Once the student has decided that this is the order they want they can click a button that confirms that they wish this order. Now the tuckshop will produce this food and it will be ready by the time of morning tea or lunch.
  - - - For a student to log in, they must have already registered their scode with a password. For both conveners and admins they will login through the same portal as students.
    - - Only students will be allowed to register, and for a student to properly register, their scode must already in the TASS system. For adults, the Admin accounts will be created while the system itself is being developed. As will some Convener accounts, which will be created in the system independent of the TASS database. However, both admin and convener accounts can be created after the system is finished, only with admin permissions
    - - As students login, they will just be able to view the menu. With Conveners and Admins they will sign into their accounts and be presented with the menu, however they will both be able to switch to convener view and edit the menu. However exclusively with Admins, they will be able to go into admin view, there they will be able to view account information of students, conveners and other admins. Also from here they can promote users to become conveners or sign a new user up that is not a student.
