I will suggest the fact that company policy is very much focused on transparency and that plagiarism, especially that of the work of a colleague is strictly forbidden.
- Mira could accuse me of false accusation and refuse to start over with her report.
- Mira could quietly take my advice and without further explanation fix her report by starting over on her own.
- Mira could get embarrassed and admit to what she did and later on start over with the report.
Cons: Passive aggressive confrontation could result in the person feeling targeted and in result react unaccordingly.
Pros: Indirect confrontation will in most cases result in people thing over their actions without further negative consequences for either side.

I would ask her indirectly about it, and if she doesn't tell me the truth, I would tell her that she is caught and if she does it again, I would report her.

Pros: She will get embarrassed and scared and she might not do it again.
- She could lie to me that this is her own work
- She could lie to me that this will not happen again and just be more careful the next time.
- She could listen to me and accept my advice
Cons: Fear is not always the best motivator
