Types of Leadership
Situational leadership is an adaptive leadership style. Situational leaders are able to change their approach, based on the employee, situation and the task.
Transformational

Encourage, inspire, and motivate people to innovate and create change
Leaders are often enthusiastic, passionate, and energetic
Transactional leader is someone who focuses on strict structure and values. These types of leaders are more likely to lead military groups, big corporations or help lead international projects or be national leaders.

The democratic leadership style is a style in which everyone participates in the decision making. It is known to work well within industries where long thought and creative people reside, in this situation you may have many natural leaders who want to share their ideas so instead of one standing up and directing the rest everyone gets to participate in the activity and share their ideas

Pace Setting
Pace Setting leaership is the Style of leadership where leaders uphold high standards and expectations for their team
As the name implies, the leader sets the pace for their team or organization with a "Do as I do” approach.

Emergent Leadrership
Occurs when a group member is not elected as a leader, but they step up as the leader overtime

Positive team terms
Synergy - A team uses its membership resources to the fullest and thereby achieves through collective action far more than could be achieved otherwise
Cohesiveness - the degree to which members are attracted to and motivated to remain part of a team
Emotional Intellegance
The capacity to be aware of, control, and express one’s emotions, and to handle interpersonal relationships judicially and empathetically.
