Is this learning cross curricular or focused upon particular Areas of Learning?
As said in the key learning, this would stem in to holistic development. However, before going on the Autumn walk, I would use a story as a simulus to introduce the outdoors and collectively gauge understanding of their prior knowledge and from this, take out some resources to make stick men or puppets for children to engage in when on their walk but incorporate the nature around them to put together with string, sellotape etc.
What preparation will the children need before they go on the experience?
Safety - Risk Assessment
Have a pre visit to assess it and how you might uterlise the space.
