- - - - Bootstrap will be used in order to account for if the dimensions of a certain persons device change allowing access across multiple devices
    - - Most items will have a default alignment to the left this was inspired from the existing solutions as I liked the way in which they formatted their pages
    - - Pictures will be available so you can see what food you are ordering before you purchase it and what the food will look like
    - - The contrast on this website will be quite bold this is so that it is easier to read and makes it more accessible to customers
    - - There will be a white background with red and black colours used as a scheme to represent terrace, this is because they are extremely good contrasting colours and make it extremely accessible to people that have visual impairment
    - - The college crest is going to be on the top right hand side navigation bar to represent a Terrace branded
    - - This website will be extremely accessible this will be through the use of extremely contrasting colours such as black white and red. Pictures will also be available of all foods to make it easier for visually impaired people to be able to see what they are ordering. Captions and text to speech will be avaliable.
  - - - The cart will be designed to show all the items you have ordered
    - - Within the cart there is a textbox that will allow you to remove items and adjust the quantity of items wanted
    - - At the bottom of the cart near the checkout button will be the total price of your order displayed

    - - Links will not be used unless absolutely necessary as they can be replaced with buttons quite easily and buttons are much more visually appealing

  - - - This system will come as a pop up once the user has logged in after ordering certain foods and the break has ended this will give the user a prompt on what they liked about the food and not
    - - User's will have a pop up come up in front of them once there meal has been collected and they login this display will show in the bottom right of the screen
    - - As a reward for completing and giving feedback every 5 pieces of feedback you give there will be 50c credited to your account

        The student will only be allowed to access the menu, rating/feedback system, ordering system, cart system, etc. They will have the required permissions to order food, view the menu and give feedback

        A cart system is going to be used so that students can check everything they have ordered before they confirm there order. They can also add more of an item and remove certain items from here.
      - Automated Ordering
        
        Students can select to have some foods automatically purchased for them on specific days
    - - Rating System
        
        Students will be able to give the food a rating out of 5 for all people to be able to see when ordering their food
      - Commenting on foods
        
        Students can give comments and write feedback for the chefs to take into consideration next time they are preparing the meal
    - - Students will be able to vote on which foods can be served at the tuckshop next week

        The students will have to create a flexischools account and must have a credit card linked to their card in order to be able to purchase food
      - Two Factor Authentication
        
        Two factor authentication will be created when registering for an account. The method of two factor authentication will be an email sent to the user's email address.
    - - Students will login to the system using their flexischools account
    - - In order to prevent data being stolen by attackers all sensitive data transactions between the client and the server will be hashed using MD5

        The convenors would manage the amount of stock that they currently have

        The convenors would look at how much stock they have and they order more depending on the amount of orders they have

        Managing Special Events (Christmas, Easter, Halloween)
        
        The convenor would adjust the menu or maybe add an extra special if it was around a holiday time period. Like if it was around Christmas they could sell gingerbread cookies or something.
        
        Managing meal deals
        
        The convenors would select and choose meal deals for students to be able to purchase
        
        Cycling the menu through shifts
        
        The convenors would update the menu every week on the 4 week cycle
