      - Measure their breathing rate ever 5 minutes for a further 10 minutes while they recover from exercise
    - - Breathing rate increases as exercise
      - More O2 inhaled
        
        More gas exchange - alveoli to capilary
        
        More O2 transported to respiring cells
        
        Produce more ATP -> muscle contract
      - Anaerobic respiration -> Lactic acid -> Oxidised -> Oxygen debt
      - Most likely right
      - Person Q may have a higher breathing rate as their heart is not used to so much exercise
      - To make it more valid, take repeats and wider range of people.
